Short version: this is a storefront, so we hold what an order needs and little else, keep it in India, and never sell your attention or your data. The longer version below says exactly what that means for a buyer and for a school.
01 What we collect
For an order: the items, the delivery address and pin code, contact details for delivery, and GST details where you ask for a tax invoice. For a school: the institution's procurement and billing details. We do not need your social accounts or your location beyond the delivery address.
02 What we never do
We never sell or rent your data, and we never run advertising on these pages. Order data is used to fulfil and support your order — to deliver it, invoice it, and handle a return — not to profile you for marketing.
03 Where it lives, and leaving
Data is stored in India. You can export your order and procurement history, and you can delete your account — deletion means deleted, save for the order and tax records the law requires us to retain. There is no charge to export or to leave.
04 Schools and guardians
A school's procurement account and a household's shopping account are kept separate. A guardian's order details are not exposed to a school, and a school's bulk pricing is not derived from any individual guardian's purchases.
