These terms are written to be read. If a return rule, a COD limit or a delivery window is unclear, that is our problem to fix, not yours to decode.
01 Orders and payment
Prices and GST are shown before you pay. We accept UPI, cards and COD, with COD limits stated honestly per area. A purchase order from a verified school is billed against its account on the agreed credit terms.
02 Delivery and serviceability
We show serviceability against your pin code before checkout. Where a home address is hard to reach, a school-point bulk drop may be offered. Partial shipments are tracked per parcel, and damaged-in-transit items have a fast-path photo claim.
03 Returns and exchanges
Sealed items return within the stated window. Opened kits follow plain, education-honest partial rules printed on the page — not fine print. Uniforms exchange by size because children grow. Refunds go back to the original payment source, with a timeline we state.
04 Honesty about stock and quality
When a kit component is out of stock mid-season, we offer a substitute or an honest wait — never a silent swap. When an item is sourced rather than ours, the page says so. We would rather under-promise than mislead a household preparing for a school year.
